Staging to Sell
Maximize your home’s appeal and its selling price with well-styled and inviting spaces. Interior Makeover’s Staging to Sell services will help you declutter and depersonalize the rooms in the house you are selling to let the true beauty of the space shine (I do not bring in furniture). You will write down the suggestions as we walk your home and then you will personally implement the ideas after our consultation.
How It Works
The Consultation
In a two-hour consultation, we’ll go room by room assessing the main living areas of your home. We’ll look at the traffic flow, function, lighting, furniture and décor of each room. I’ll offer suggestions on ideal furniture arrangement, artwork and accessory placement to create spacious, bright and inviting spaces that will help your house sell quickly and for as much money as possible.
The Styling
If you like, I can also help implement any of the suggested room arrangements, repositioning furniture, hanging pictures, placing accessories and décor in a manner that will showcase the beauty and function of your home to prospective buyers.
Additional Services
Paint Color Consultation
Factoring in lighting, your current furniture and permanent fixtures, I’ll help you select the perfect neutral hue to enhance the ambiance of your home.
Pricing
Payment by cash or check is due the day services are rendered. Heavy furniture will require movers paid for by the client.
